- We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Leader with over 18 years of experience in HR Generalist and HR Business Partner functions.
- The ideal candidate will also have at least 5 years (preferably the most recent) of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Effectiveness.
- Experience in Organizational Effectiveness (OE) is mandatory.
Education : MBA (HR) is a Must.
Industry Preference : FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Paint, Manufacturing, Telecom, BFSI and HR Consulting.
CTC : Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Position Level : Director / VP (Senior Executive).

- The Head of Talent Management and OE is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and driving the overall talent management strategy to align with the organization's business objectives. This leader will focus on designing and implementing programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- As a key strategic partner to the CHRO & other CXO leaders within the organization and at a group level, this role oversees leadership development, succession planning, learning & development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive organizational capability building to support business growth targets on YOY.
- Lead talent initiatives that directly impact revenue per employee metrics.
- Design organizational structures that optimize operational costs and improve productivity.
- Key observer in M&A activities for cultural integration and talent retention.
- Implement organizational effectiveness metrics tied to business performance indicators.
- Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, focusing on optimizing structures, processes, and roles to increase efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Develop change management strategies for large-scale organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
