Job Summary:
The Head of Compensation & Benefits oversees the entire compensation and benefits agenda throughout the organization through policy & process development, reviewing and administrating other functions related to benefits and compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Compensation and Benefits strategies and plans.
- Benchmarking current policies to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensuring C&B compliance and regulations at various levels.
- Leading compensation-related projects & benchmarking exercises, performing job evaluation on key positions.
- Ensuring implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
- Managing the annual salary review process.
- Collaborating with various Department Heads and Stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
- Leading the Comp and Benefits teams.
Education/Skill:
- Fulltime MBA in HR from tier 1/2 Management Institutes.
- At least 5 years of successful experience in the leadership C&B role.
- Collaborative mindset.
