Role Overview:


Supports the business and HR through providing a compensation strategy and services designed to attract and retain a talented and motivated workforce. This is a key role in helping the business to stay competitive and attract and retain the highest caliber employees who help us achieve our strategic objectives.

Main Focus:


- Develop, implement, administer and maintain base salary compensation programs to attract, motivate and retain employees.

- Advise on variable pay structures (bonus and commission).

- Advise on job descriptions, and salary levels for existing roles, including internal progression.

- Advise on salary levels for new business (in existing and new countries).

- Advise on visa requirements for external recruitment and internal moves

- Participates in salary surveys, establishes salary structures, develop salary budgets and prepare policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.

- Provide professional consultation and guidance to managers and HR Business Partners, make recommendations using reward knowledge and expertise.

- Work with external vendors to develop, administer and design new or modify existing programs or systems.

- Work with internal departments to ensure we are paying accurately.

Key Responsibilities:


- Provide compensation program management and execution including; base pay administration, year-end performance and pay management/processing, and progression/promotion reviews.

- Advise business leaders and HR on compensation-related issues.

- Provide guidelines for the management and communication of the annual pay review in EMEA.

- Keep informed of local legislation and reward trends and make recommendations for changes and improvements to reward policies.

- Research, analyze and measure compensation solutions to ensure competitive pay practices, alignment with business objectives and maximum ROI.

- Oversee the participation in compensation surveys and ensure competitive pay practices are maintained.

- Provide recommendations for pay levels and salary structures in EMEA to remain competitive.

- Develop and oversee a process to cover all visa requirements for roles based in EMEA.

- Develop and conduct compensation training programs to familiarize managers and other employees with key elements of the company's compensation programs.

- Participate in special projects as assigned, including executive compensation analysis and M&A activities.

- Oversee control/compliance/audit of salary payments.

Qualifications & Competencies:


- College/University degree

- Prior experience in the BPO sector preferred

- EMEA Compensation experience, including knowledge of international laws affecting compensation

- Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP a plus) & MS Office (advanced Excel skills)

- Expert knowledge of compensation design, application and theory

- Demonstrated skills in conceptual and analytical thinking, driving results, creative problem solving, consulting and collaboration within all levels of the organization

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of management within various countries/cultures

- Demonstrated self-confidence, initiative, accountability, and high level of engagement
