Vice President - Human Resource - Manufacturing (22-25 yrs)

The Vice President - HR will be responsible for overseeing the HR strategy and operations for a workforce of 5000+ on-role and off-role employees. The role will require a dynamic leader with extensive experience in both manufacturing and corporate HR environments, ensuring seamless alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, an ability to work from the ground up, and expertise in managing industrial relations, labor laws, and union engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.
- Lead and manage HR heads of three manufacturing plants, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with corporate HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including industrial relations, labor laws, and employee welfare schemes.
- Proactively manage union negotiations, grievance redressal, and build strong industrial relations.
- Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align HR strategies with commercial objectives.
- Champion organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Drive performance management systems and ensure alignment with business performance goals.
- Implement HR digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Government & External Stakeholder Management
Required Experience:
- 22-25 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to both manufacturing and corporate environments.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale HR operations and leading multi-location teams.
- Expertise in industrial relations, labor laws, compliance, and union management.
- Strong exposure to sales and marketing business functions.
- Track record of implementing HR best practices and driving transformational change
Plz note : Must be willing to relocate from Secundrabad to Hyderabad after 2 years.
