Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial & equity analysis, particularly within the context of financing and investment analysis. The Financial Associate will play a critical role in evaluating financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the overall success of our portfolio companies.

NOTE: Need someone with direct client facing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and profitability assessments to support investment decisions and risk management.

- Credit Evaluation: Assess the creditworthiness of potential investment opportunities by analyzing financial data, industry trends, and business models.

- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing financial performance, investment opportunities, and risk factors.

- Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process for new investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.

- Portfolio Management: Monitor the financial health of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team and other departments to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial analysis and credit evaluation.

- Exposure: Active in VC/PE investor ecosystem with understanding of equity deal process and having network of key investors. Worked on end to end deal steps and participation in negotiations and legal & compliance aspects
