Our clients are top-tier law firms seeking Associates L2/L3/L4 and Senior Associates to join their prestigious General Corporate practice, which is led by a highly respected figure in the corporate law space with extensive experience in M&A, private equity, and strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle complex M&A, private equity transactions, corporate restructuring, and strategic advisory.

2. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, ensuring legal and commercial clarity.

3. Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate governance and compliance.

4. Manage and mentor junior associates, contributing to team development.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 2-7 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on private equity, M&A, and strategic transactions.

2. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

3. Ability to work on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional deals.

4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
