Job purpose/mandate:
A brief summary of the overall purpose of the role within the organization:
1. Conceptual Mapping to understand the current market scenario and highlight future need gaps in the Make Up market.
2. Consumer research and market research for better understanding of the brand dynamics, consumer needs and market opportunities.
3. Mapping business needs to the development of new brand/s, brand extensions etc.
4. Conceptualizing and developing the brand strategy (ethos, imagery, brand values and purpose of being, brand architecture, visual & communication strategy, selling model, competitive strategy and differentiation)
5. Conceptualizing the product strategy, tangible and intangible attributes, packaging design, pricing, promotion, distribution etc.
6. Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
7. Implementation of Brand & Marketing strategy at ATL and BTL levels with specific focus on point of sales.
8. Conceptualize and execute consumer marketing activities to build the brand and support its strategic direction. 9. Ensuring and monitoring the short- & long-term financial objectives of new brands, brand extensions etc.
Specific duties and responsibilities:

1. Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights
2. Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match upto.
3. Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
4. Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to "take action"
5. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
6. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
7. Coach the team and get the best from everyone
8. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
9. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
10. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
11. Anticipate bottlenecks
12. Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
13. Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
14. Partner with sales teams to ensure branding strategies drive revenue growth and market penetration.
15. Engage with distributors and professional clients to enhance the brand's relevance and credibility.

Job Specific & Knowledge skills:
- Master's in communication / MBA- Marketing / PGDBM- Marketing -
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in a professional or B2B-focused environment.
- Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and implementation. - Strong understanding of market research, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional marketing skills, creative aptitude and consumer insights.
- Ability to identify key opportunities in the marketplace and leverage them for maximum company benefit.
- Effectively and efficiently organize the personnel, external agencies, effort and resources on a budget for maximum ROI.
