Head/AVP - Plant HR - Manufacturing Firm (19-22 yrs)

We are currently seeking a seasoned AVP - Plant HR professional for a leading organization in the manufacturing sector. This strategic role is ideal for someone passionate about HR strategy, Industrial Relations, and Organizational Development.

Multiple Location : Kakinada, Vizag, Ennore

Work mode : WFO only

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Drive talent development through performance appraisals and competency mapping.

- Ensure smooth plant operations with effective Industrial Relations practices.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of ownership and participation.

- Oversee statutory compliance and minimize labor-related risks.

- Manage CSR, medical, and administrative functions effectively.

- Liaise with top stakeholders to align HR objectives with overall business goals.

- Handle blue-collared employees effectively with a focus on engagement and productivity.

- Lead and manage a large team of employees across multiple HR functions.

- Ability to balance IR priorities with HR operational goals seamlessly.

Key Requirements:

- Postgraduate degree in MBA-HR / MHRM / ISW

- 19-22 years of experience in HR and IR(hands-on), only from manufacturing industry

- Experience in handling manufacturing plants with minimum headcount of 2000 employees (On-roll & contractual)

- Expertise in Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Union Handling, Contract Labor Management, CSR, Employee Engagement, and Compliance

- Should possess expertise in managing relationships and maintaining effective liaison with government and regulatory authorities.

- Excellent communication with fluency in local language preferred.
