The company thinks to bring the changes that the good part of the management but over depending to a specific leaders kills the spirit of the culture of the organization.

Dislikes

This is the company where CEO above the CEO India operations takes all decisions. CEO is not technically sound here so he is a lam-duck while taking any major or minor decision. The MD(Ajith Menon) has a great vision to lead the company however, we find him least concerned to listen to the employees. On his last visit to India, Ajith Menon promised to bring some drastic changes in the organization but no changes have taken place yet. People are not getting motivated by working here....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
