Further, We are committed to fostering a harmonious work environment and actively discourage behaviors that may disrupt the collaborative culture we're building. Our communication channels are designed to not only deliver top-down information but also to ensure that every team member's voice is heard and valued as we continue to improve together. Additionally, In our efforts to create a well-rounded work experience, we organize events such as Fun Fridays, celebrations, and team lunches. These activities serve as a break from the routine, strengthening connections and camaraderie among team members. On the technology front, innovation is at the heart of who we are. We continuously stay up-to-date with the latest tech stacks and regularly host knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging technology trends and AI. BigStep has not experienced any mass layoffs.
