We have a great team of Technical and Non-Technical leaders, who have extensive experience in leading a variety of big projects and teams successfully, and every task is executed under their administration. Their expertise and contribution is just limited to their projects, but also extends in successfully making a culture of inclusion & trust. In addition to that, we have processes in place, such as One-on-One Meetings with the Leaders, Anonymous Feedback Forms, HR Buddy Meetings, etc. to ensure that the intricacies they're facing are addressed and resolved at the earliest.
