All the employees have a friendly nature. TL/ SME are very supportive. Can have a chance to move to a good position if we grasp the process.

Once we move to production floor we won't get any word support on time Asks us to ping in hang outs and wait for the replies need a lot of patience as customers will be very irritated

WFH is still in place but will start WFO in the near future.

You are measured by your scores in a month you must achieve atleast 90% in two months you do not achieve the score you will be put to PIP and you will be fired and it is extensive pressure due multiple chat flows on a day to day basis.

Worst Management in my experience Talking about the teammates to equal level is fine but above it is not worth saying even , For training they give only process training where we can help them for smooth operations never taken car for EMPLOYEES ,Appraisal part forget it, they are partial in giving appraisal, There is not travel allowance for some of the bands , no use of ESIC insurance they dont reiumburse anything , for work environment its vey UNHEALTHY with out any pressure or work Matter is that senior managment has their own POLITICS to make everything they like because they have power to do it....Read More

I was hired at Customer support Associate and shifted to CALL back without any notice and as a Language barrier they are prejudging because i am from north. Work environment is not smooth. They are not ready to pay for their mistake which they know
