If someone going to start carrier from bhalla international so it is good. But growth is not possible here as appraisals is 10-12% or maximum. 7.2 LPA having 10-12 years of experience.

Dislikes

No other benifits then salary. No bonous, unnecessary restrictions such smart phone not allowed in company. Unnecessary deductions. One more important thing 3 months of notice period. If someone planning for switching job so he/she have to serve three months notice period.

There attitude towards the employees is so bad .They treat them like there juniors not all staff do like this only some do.There are numbers of boundation for the employees. Only those persons can work for long run who know how to do monopoly.They hold employees personal belongings in their custody and give them back when they want.Bcz of it no.
