Dislikes

Got laid off unexpectedly when the project got expired. Unfortunately they don't have enough finances to keep the Employees on Bench until they get other projects.Also they don’t have many projects with them apparently, so job security is something that one needs to really think about if they are joining Betsol.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. As fresher 3.5LPA was okay, and extensions was asked after shift. Great experience working for betsol.

Dislikes

Mainly leaves are not approved on time not for EL it's for sick leave, if I ask for a sick my manager tell me take a tablet rest for 30min and come to office this was the response to me for sick leave, no appreciation for working promptly and hardwork.
