Dislikes

Management has no clue is what it's senior managers are doing. It is just a iso company for name sake. Play by the manager's rule or lose your job. Bucketing is very much prevalent here.

Shifts seems rotational but it is not.. Be good with a manager to be in a comfortable shift.

Office environment and Cafeteria!

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No proper growth or salary hike. Nobody cares even if you complain. Management do not bother and managers are the King. HRs are under the manager only. Better keep quite and do your work.
