You learn a lot a as a fresher, not so much as an experienced individual. You can get reimbursement for upto Rs. 25,000 for your certification each year so managing the budget is in your hands.

Dislikes

No overtime pay when you are expected to work for 12-18 hours a day and you get booted when raising concerns for the same. No work-life balance as mentioned and would really not mean much if you are not learning something you would like. Politics on pay raise and promotion and make false promises for the same until they could not no longer afford to do that.
