There's really nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

Lot of scams and politics happening in the company. The CEO is aware of all these things and he's keeping his mouth shut. No work life balance, no promotions, toxic work culture, manager and management sucks. All of the tenure employees were asked to leave giving cost cutting as an excuse. Those who put down paper will get WFH permanently.

Betsol is an employee centric company and has always gone above and beyond my expectation throughout. The growth and the learning is exponential if you have the right skillset. It is the best organization to start your career and the management is very nice.

Dislikes

There isn't much to talk about the dislikes in the company. I am very happy the way it functions and the management is always supportive of their employees.
