I have never come across a company more employee-focused as BTS. The culture is all positive and supportive and in all the time I have spent with the team, I have only received positive and constructive feedbacks. Everyone is extremely helpful and supportive. It's like a small family where you are supported by your team 24/7. Satyam Tiwary who is the CEO is an Amazing person and lot to learn from him. You will enjoy your work life balance and their is no office politics.

Just make sure you sign a bond for job security for atleast 2 years if not placed on a project. As job security is a concern while working with them.
