There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

There is no culture as such. Employees do not have PF, Gratuity, and Medical Insurance. Salaries are paid properly. What they tell you during recruitment and what they expect in return for their promises is irrelevant. Neither a goal nor any action is taken towards their vision and mission. There is no proper HR and leave policy as well and loss of pay is sure if you take leave during a medical emergency....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
