There is no culture as such. Employees do not have PF, Gratuity, and Medical Insurance. Salaries are paid properly. What they tell you during recruitment and what they expect in return for their promises is irrelevant. Neither a goal nor any action is taken towards their vision and mission. Management don't know the ground realities. Management never listens to people, they don't even want.to meet the People except leadership team. Management is listening to their own people who are working with them since long. Worst place to work for. No criteria for salaries and appraisals. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
