There is alot of good opportunities for learn and improve professional qualities. Teammates are extremely supportive either talk about within teams or inter teams. Everyone ready to help whenever needed. Management is transparent and time to time talk in person for getting suggestions to build a better & safer workplace. They respect views of each individuals. My worklife in Benchmark is really very productive as a fresher. I commit mistakes and learns a lot from them. Sometimes we did many good things.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
