I’m not happy with working with the labours because there is no job security in no work like Balance no working environment always toxic working culture over there. They are not riding any kind of beneficial things. This is just a single monopoly person, Shop.

Dislikes

Everything is the dislike about values. I am not the single person, each and every person, marketing and sales person. Whatever senior position persons they all are very frustrated about the company, toxic culture.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
