Initial salary package is good

Dislikes

Manager is not supportive, not responsibility, doesn’t have Managerial skills and ethics. Belcan made wrong agreement with the client and pressurising the employees in a worst scenario.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow as this is a small division in India. Projects are based on the BELCAN UK and US. No direct interactions with customers.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
