The team I worked with was the worst. No growth was there. Employees buttering the seniors used to get good ratings i.e. employees aren't judged by their performance. You need to butter your Team Lead & Manager to get appraisals (which I didn't do and got zero appraisals in 2+ years). Also, I was mentally harassed by senior membersof my team, and even after complaining no action was taken but I was told to leave the organization quietly. I used to report to the US team from where I always received a 4 rating or plus (out of 5), and from my project client I always received the same... but my team lead and manager put me into the process improvement process every time I was due for an appraisal. I was depressed, I was humiliated there. I wouldn't recommend WOMEN to join this organization....Read More

Everything... work culture, employees, senior management people - how badly they treat their new recruits... it's too bad. Even after leaving the organization I dropped my feedback to the HR department but they too didn't take any action against the senior employees.

- The promotions are based on the time an employee is working with the company not on the basis of skills. - Due to above point, most of the managers in the company are not skilled and not have the required management and technical skills. - Unprofessional behavior of the management. - 3 years bond for freshers and 1 year bond for the experienced new joiners. I would recommend to freshers not join this company due to 3 years bond. - Internal team politics. (It is dependent on team to team. Some teams have very good environment) - Work policy is also not same for all the employees. It depends on your manager. Some managers offer hybrid mode and some forces to the team members to come to office all 5 days. - For employees who are below Team Lead role, the appraisal is based on whether you are billable or not.
