Nothing. There is so much politics.. They claim to be diverse but hell no.. most of the employees are from local area (haryana and Punjab). If you are an outside then good luck. From manager to lead, module lead everyone will make you work like hell. But if you are local then you do have advantages.

Bebo technology have, I would say 90% of manual testing project. As in 2023 they are not able to acquire any new project. They recently fired most of the junior engineer having 1 or 1.5 years experience and most inhuman thing is that HR is demanding 30k from each of us. If we will fulfill the demand then they will give us the experience letter if not then forget about your experience later.
