Likes

Work environment is good, there is a fun element as well along with work. Some events are organized like cricket league.

Dislikes

Too much politics. You need to do sugar coat talks in front of your seniors if you want to grow. At certain level, there is no learning and it becomes stagnant. No job security at all, you can be fired right away. Salary increment is really low. You need to work over time, sometimes even more than 12hrs a day and you are not paid a single penny for that, because of which there is no work life balance....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
