Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

you get to learn revit only

Dislikes

no salary hike, terrible work cultures, nothing to learn, on the name of bim only revit software is being used, seniors laugh at you if you are not aware of anything new related to work project , if you ask question that means you are not educated... no bonus if you are new, no increment is given till 1.5 year, no growth, seniors are rude, office is filled with politics, nothing to learn, basic projects, sometimes no work at all to do, no benefits rather than salary, less salary than the market standards, desk job

... words. Threatening to ruin the experience letter. Average working hours- 12hrs No extra pay for Overtime (Management promises that they will pay but they do not)

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest design technology, the teammates are helping in nature and also I enjoy the company of all the seniors in the field.

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. the work pressure is very high with no time boundings and work late into the night.No on job training for the freshers
