Likes

The work life balance at Barclays is far better than other investment banks. Employees feel they're recognized and valued as per their roles and responsibilities. Staffs across all levels are treated fair and respect. Also one of the top pay Master in the industry, overall a great place to work.

Dislikes

Barclays should focus on improvising their applications and systems. Other few concerns like market correction or pay revision would help to retain the tenured staffs.
