The Barclays Employee friendly policies and compensation is absolutely world class.

Salary - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Career growth is not that good, promotions take ages here.

Work Details

Work life balance is absolute good here again if it's a support project then it's 24x7 but again you have ample amount not leaves which satisfies the balance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

IBM COUNTER OFFER NEGOTIATION

How much max does IBM GBS pays for lateral hires of 7A band. Selected as senior data engineer for Barclays project. YOE : 5.5 , CCTC : 15.65 lpa fixed First they offered 20 lpa fixed due to 90 days NP, but now I am getting released 1 month earlier and holding offer of 24 lpa fixed from Aditya Birla Capital. Will they match the offer if I negotiate as I can join them in 10 days.
