Barclays is the worst company I had worked There values and principles are not where followed They have ridiculous management system which hamper the learning and personal growth The management is so toxic that people in Barclays are struggling. The people who are at organisation really makes it worse, such terrible people in the organisation, i feel so bad for myself why I joined such a team and thinking to change the team or the organisation AVP and VP keeps tight watch on you and does the micro management by tracking your time, like if u have to complete 8 hours +1 hr ina day and breaks are other than those hours If you have more work you have to stretch and do it and the type of communication these AVPs has is so horrible, they treat whole team as a slave, they sit for 12-15 hrs and even want others to do the same...Read More

Good infrastructure which is of no use to employees because you end up slogging from 11am-11pm in from of laptop.

Management is full of boot lickers & favouritism. Appraisal depends on favouritism and not your stats/KRO's. If you raise voice, you are shown the door. Your ideas of innovation are stolen by your supervisor, no consideration if there is tech issue- Extend and complete, maximum of colleague do 12 hours shift.

Barclays is a best company to start career and grow up but because of higher level management and politics in management employees who are doing hard work not getting proper package and appraisals the person who are in AVP level not having the knowledge of B3 level.. The persons are having low position and having high levels of workpressure and even not approving OT in same month the person named as ashish khopkar playing with employees appraisals..
