Great work life balance actually so good that you may don't even have any job to do but to only hangout with friends/colleagues.

Learning growth is very poor, will suggest entry level job seekers to stay away from this org, that's what is happening to me right now actually..:( Favoritism is a major setback as only those who are somehow made a good impression would only enjoy their life. Company did hired like a mass recruiter few years back because of whichthey are laying off employees and making them resign by putting them in PIP, you won't even understand for which reason you were put into PIP as no proper work was ever given in the whole year! You might get hired as a Java Full Stack developer but you might end up checking logs and writing Juints for older code base! And the worst off all they would expect you to be on par with those working as a proper developer with a real job to do! How can you even compare to those while one is only looking at the logs and fixing bugs?...Read More
