How much max does IBM GBS pays for lateral hires of 7A band. Selected as senior data engineer for Barclays project. YOE : 5.5 , CCTC : 15.65 lpa fixed First they offered 20 lpa fixed due to 90 days NP, but now I am getting released 1 month earlier and holding offer of 24 lpa fixed from Aditya Birla Capital. Will they match the offer if I negotiate as I can join them in 10 days.

Everything is process oriented and lot of thoughts are given to employees entertainment and we'll being. Plus yearly hikes and compensation are best in the market. Their talent retention is also exquisite
