Work Details

It is more of handling team, leads, director and managing events, training. Co-ordinating with other teams and department, handling admin stuff. Best part is i get to know more and more people while doing any sort of coordination or scheduling meetings.

Dislikes

Although Barclays remuneration scale is really good for permanent staff, the contract staff do no get any benefits what so ever. And hence it is very disheartening when everyone is getting a bonus and u r not counted. Everyone works equally hard for the money and when this is a discriminatory point, it's very hard to adjust

I'm 24, graduated with a BCom in 2021, and have worked as a Personal Banker with Barclays and a Pre-Sales Executive in a startup, both in client-facing roles heavily inclined toward KPO/BPO. I'm now looking to switch sectors and earn {12-15 LPA by 27-28. My math skills aren't great, so some fields are out. I've ruled out MBA for now due to my capabilities but am open to suggestions placement are dying and top are tougher given my below that fit
