The work life balance for contract employees is okay

Dislikes

People working in contract are treated very poorly. There is a lot of discrimination between permanent and contract employees. No learning opportunities.

I'm 24, graduated with a BCom in 2021, and have worked as a Personal Banker with Barclays and a Pre-Sales Executive in a startup, both in client-facing roles heavily inclined toward KPO/BPO. I'm now looking to switch sectors and earn {12-15 LPA by 27-28. My math skills aren't great, so some fields are out. I've ruled out MBA for now due to my capabilities but am open to suggestions placement are dying and top are tougher given my below that fit

I worked in Barclays early in my career in a very small team, so I personally had the opportunity to learn a lot. Barclays enabled and supported that learning. There is global exposure and seamless working across regions
