Barclays at over all corporate level have good policies

In Barclays, there is no or weak HR, line manager are made without their skills and caliber, Line manager post is more on favouritism rather than those who deserve it. Line manager make their own rules and decisions and no work ethics i have seen.

I would say it is one of the best work life balance culture holding org in the corporate world. But at the same time you would get to work only with the medicore mindset people.

Definitely a retirement plan company but not good for freshers in terms of the enthusiasm and innovation.

Nothing, the folks form other countries, especially UK are so racist, cannot withstand them. They hired me on permanent role but now asked me to leave, where as the contractors in uk are being extended, and the worst ever decision is made by another contractor in UK. Open racism’s.

Everything. People working for more then 10 to 15 years try to be your boss where as they don’t even know how to play an IC role. Wonder what’s wrong with the management, because the boss only knows how to please the super boss well.

Tc01 have pretty pathetic management wherein they treat the company like a school , fewpeople in the corporate refresh team have made it worse to survive also they think they are the company owners and treat others as majdur .Also majority of the management sits chennai who believes whatever the higher management in noida says - no transparency, salary hike or good culture

Tough to get promotions need to wait until there is vacancy and depending on experience and talent still there will be so many people in pipeline so it depends on your manager and director when you can get promoted The bonus is quite disappointing here and depending on your rating the hike will depend but on an average u will get 8/9%

The company culture is worst and not at all reliable. You get no support from your managers at any point of time even you have not done any mistake. Worst and toxic culture for a women to work. No importance to your work and they give importance only to your silly mistakes done once or twice for the year.

Appraisals are not nice and if an employee is facing any hardships in his or her profile they hardly take any action just to support them in terms of moving that employee to some other profile so that it wouldn’t cause them mentally pressure

The company culture is very good. The transportation service is absolutely free and top notch. The office at pune is a great architecture.

The job security recently has gone down post recent lay offs and their 3 years plan.
