For career progression, straight forward and sincere officers are sometimes or I would say many a times ignored due to faulty so called merit based promotion policy.

I enjoyed my varied roles at different locations doing my best to serve the esteemed customers of Bank from rural agrarians to metro NRI and industrialists and simultaneously grooming myself particularly in soft skills.
