Only the PSU name in front of customer

No job security as a contract employee. You face a lot of hindrances in front of permanent employees of bank. They at times defame you in front of customer as well as senior authorities. I highly recommend not to switch your on role private job in place of contact basis job in Bank of Baroda.

BARODA WEALTH MANAGEMENT RADIANCE DEPARTMENT IS GOOD INITIATIVE BUT THERE SOME PERMANENT EMPLOYEE IS MAKING POOREST & BAD WORKING ENVIRONMENT. In my opinion Bank is looking cheaper employees without giving benefits like incentive & other things only salary based employee.

BANK OF BARODA RADIANCE WEALTH MANAGEMENT IS FAILED DUE TO BANK POLICY THERE IS NO VALUE OF CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEES TOTAL WORST MANAGEMENT.. Don't Join as contract employee they think you are not eligible candidate.

perks and salary as compared to other banks.

Dislikes

everything. very bad managment and the behaviour's of the people sitting in admin offices. No infrustructure. Managment just don't care about emplyees, they just want the targets to be fullfilled and if any mistakes happen due to the pressure provided by them then its all the employee's fault.

Perks and salary good although not adequate. Transfers are granted on spouse ground.

Many .. employees work like private sector but get paid like a PSU. No methods, lack of staff puts tremendous pressure. Unnecessary work pressure is created where things can go smoothly with little discipline. Some people work and others just don't. Incentive to work is almost nil.

Toxic work culture, no transparency in promotion and transfer, unprofessional HRMs working like a clerk, frequent transfers with plum postings reserved for boot lickers and preferred candidates, staff shortage and too much work pressure. Someone just starting his/her career should spend more time and join somewhere else rather than coming in Public sector bank specially BoB.

Management is full of people who do not have any practical knowledge about Banking. Most of the time they use abusive language. Higher management is only interested in Life Insurance products.

I liked working in Bank of Baroda. However, after merger of Dena Bank and Vijaya Bank with BOB, the attitude and culture of their staff remains unchanged. Team work is an asset of Bank of Baroda. Had worked under able, hardworking and dedicated Executives who cared for the Bank.
