There is nothing to like about writing for this toxic company.

Everything: 1. Campaigns all the time. 2. Each one handling 2 to 3 department work. 3. Working in a branch is hell as they have to canvas, convert leads, process leads, then fulfil the compliance part and be ready for queries from internal audit. 4. Zero empathy from top management. 5. The top management is top heavy. All these executives should be sent to branches for managing work load of the staffs there. 6. The management needs a wholesome change. They just know how to shout like a dog. And worst of all they have zero knowledge. About leading a team of young people. 7. In house training is a joke. No leave is mandated for attending training. Just continue working and for namesake attend the training through Microsoft teams. Total bs. 8. You will get demotivated working here as no leaves are granted for your personal life. Due to staff shortage. 9. I have worked for 10 years and it feels i have lost my creativity and knowledge by working in this shit company. 10. Cannot leave office at 7pm. Have to stay till 8:30 or 9pm. You will be given a dressing down if you leave at 6 or 7pm. 11. Toxic working culture....Read More
