Dena Bank is now amalgamated with Bank of Baroda on 01.04.2019. So writing anything about it has no relevance. The work culture in Dena Bank was superb. Well knit team working together hand in hand. Every care was taken to upgrade the skills of employees.

Dislikes

IT infrastructure was not very good there. Salary wise it was good.

Since last three years Recovery of NPAs had been prime focus in Dena Bank and our team did a splendid job in this area. Apart from this Retail loans and SME was focus area.

It was good to work at Bank of Baroda. Initially it was manual and no computer. It required late sitting and working on Holiday. Present days it is a good organization to work.

Work Culture is very nice. Training centres and Apex Training College are very good. Good Bank for career growth. Promotion exercise is every year opportunity to work abroad is maximum in the Industry.

IT challenges are there because of late computerisation But it will overcome Comparatively staff is less and therefore work pressure is high.

Mostly I worked in Credit Department so the work pressure was very high. But everywhere I used to take it as a challenge. Basically I joined the Bank because I found maximum honesty there. I enjoyed working in this Bank.
