No Job security as being Business Correspondent. Higher Management is good but on lower level all shows their attitude.

Dislikes

Staff shows their attitude because they get salary & we get payment as per our work. Always giving target that has been alloted to them.

Hi sir/madam , I am Manoranjan Podh . I have been working as business correspondent in Bank of Baroda since JAN 2017.As per as the job security is concerned ,my commission has never crossed 10,000 rupees per month.At my link branch (BARPALI-IFSC-BARB0BARPA) the management system and work culture is excellent.Office staffs are good.

Dislikes

Hi sir ,I have opened 1600+ PMJDY account. But office staffs say colored Pass books are not available at branch. You can work through reference card that is only in simple white paper.My commission has never crossed 10000 rupees per montth since 2017.I think job security,career growth ,salary is average.
