No Support for Business Development, No Flexibility if you want to internally Switch, HR almost never receive your calls. No one has the Clarity over the Process in the System. We are always last to offer the deal to customer and by then the Client has already moved over to competition.

Bank should work on improving process and enhancing customer satisfaction rather than being solely business oriented. Excess pressure to meet targets affects work life balance, specifically in service sector. Simplifying the workflow and fostering employee friendly culture will empower staff to deliver quality service while monitoring well being.

No company culture, HR will not support you, There is no job security me and my friend switch at a same time and we both need to relive on early bases. I have worked in almost 2-3 banks and this is the worst one.

I do not find it worth compared to my last companies. I am feeling as if I had taken a wrong decision, by being a part of Bandhan bank. People in the city are not even aware that there is any bank name Bandhan bank, wherein it has a 6 years' vintage. Staff and colleagues seems to be so annoying, there is always a shouting environment is the branch. A person doing work is so much pressurized that he wants to resign every hour. Office environment is not friendly. Seniors are always at a shouting mode, I don't know why. They show that if they will shout, they can show their presence. Induction Training was given online through teams meeting, it was like give someone a chocolate, ask that peron to taste it by not unwrapping it...

Lots of manual intervention, excessive documentation, weak and under-developed IT infrastructure, non-aggressive collection/recovery dept., mailing culture is not clear to most of the employees.

1. Work culture -Particular Department head or business head acts like a king,He/S can do anything, they can give you warning letter and transfer within 3 months from your joining for business.
