There is chance to get job of door step banking officer if you are masters of business administration degree holder because doorstep banking officer role is bottom of organizational structure of MICRO BANKING division. Infact they don't consider anything rather he or she is their known people or peers. Unemployed people can get chance to get job of MICRO BANKING division. And they will hire through campus of MBA for area manager earlier it was for associate divisional manager. Office of MICRO BANKING, is worst seems like they are poor bank but general banking division they are making it banks look. Even others small finance banks having good office. One email address access by all offices means IT systems disturbed fully. Office of urban city looks like one Low grade office means looks like no capital no earnings. MICRO BANKING division offices are worst ever. Kolkata based lender don't have living style after so much year passed because MICRO BANKING are running very before 2015.
