Office environment is not friendly. Seniors are always at a shouting mode, I don't know why. They show that if they will shout, they can show their presence. Induction Training was given online through teams meeting, it was like give someone a chocolate, ask that peron to taste it by not unwrapping it...

Before requirement they promised for one location after joining they give one location. Everyone month area change . No stable job location. Very much office politics. Personal life is hamper due to location change in every month . Worst work clulter .

I am writing this note to express my deep disappointment with my experience working at Bandhan Bank. As a former employee, I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hope that they will be addressed for the benefit of my colleagues who are still with the company. Firstly, the working culture is extremely demanding and unrealistic.The workday begins at 7:30 AM, and there is no defined end time. On some occasions, I found myself working until 11 PM, which is simply unsustainable. This brings me to my second concern: the management style. The managers often behave more like wardens in a hostel rather than leaders in a professional environment. There is little to no time for personal breaks, and leaving the office for any reason seems to be frowned upon. Additionally, the workload is overwhelming, especially when compared to the compensation. The amount of work expected from each employee far exceeds what is reasonable given the salary offered. Furthermore, the scheduling of unnecessary meetings at inappropriate times adds to the frustration. Meetings scheduled at 9 PM are not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to employees' personal time. When are we supposed to eat, rest, or even have a moment to ourselves? It is disheartening to note that higher management is aware of these issues but has yet to take them seriously. This disregard for employee well-being has led many of my colleagues to resign, and I ultimately made the same decision. I have never experienced such a difficult time in my professional life. While I understand the importance of hard work, this level of expectation is beyond reasonable.
