Working environment and culture is not good. There is no management support. policies is also not good.

Dislikes

There is lots an lots of politics & casteism. Job security is not there. Day on day threatening is given.

Poor management, no vision, there are lots of conflict between management.

Dislikes

No supportive management not able to addres staff issues...there is a lot of politics to humiliate vintage employee. Upper management not aware of ground reality.
