-No proper training. -No hand holding for newly joined staff -No time given to establish, from start of the month you joined you are expected to turn the table overnight. -If your interview is not taken by your supervisor you are done.

All senior have motivated skil for your team member on daily basis but mostly senior mind set as demotivation target Due this reason mostly business resources is not old more than 1 2 years You can check All ground resources has change your job within 1 max 2 year but in other organisations as AXIS, IDFC,ICICI,HDFC Kotak Is not same

Before requirement they promised for one location after joining they give one location. Everyone month area change . No stable job location. Very much office politics. Personal life is hamper due to location change in every month . Worst work clulter .

Unprofessional culture across the branches.Specifically supervisors are unprofessional and lack of knowledge.Micro Banking employees donot know the professionalism.Still some branches are running without Air condition. Specifically skip lavel supervisors are working with biasness and instruct to work in holidays.

Nothing toxic cultural. Manager was illiterate and horrible

Everything is dislikable in this company no proper routine maintain no proper breaks schedule manager force you to work extra more half an hour which you don't get pay they force you to work nice it even though you are a girl you have to stay alone in the whole office at night very bad and the manager was very illiterate.

The Timings are better, not more than 10hours

No Support for Business Development, No Flexibility if you want to internally Switch, HR almost never receive your calls. No one has the Clarity over the Process in the System. We are always last to offer the deal to customer and by then the Client has already moved over to competition.
