Cheap mentality Quality control manager and one more person called plant head he is such a jerk no professional culture there . Only because of these two Jerks Quality manager and plant head.

Employee who were working sincerely from long duration have Been targeted and made them to resign, after that worst person Quality manager joined , Quality manager and plant manager are such a nonsense people's becomes of them many female Employees left job because of the worst behavior towards female Employees.
