Cheap mentality Quality control manager and one more person called plant head he is such a jerk no professional culture there . Only because of these two Jerks Quality manager and plant head.

Employee who were working sincerely from long duration have Been targeted and made them to resign, after that worst person Quality manager joined , Quality manager and plant manager are such a nonsense people's becomes of them many female Employees left job because of the worst behavior towards female Employees. I have work on Finance Team, I learn soo many things in Bal Pharma, Thanks to Sreedharan sir, he always appreciate me for work, He teach me a lots of things. i am very grateful for that. HR is making every festival & event special for us and MD is also very supportive.

Very worst in BPL that IT department head, He is not providing proper tool to work employee and also He is misbehaving with every one except MD. he never come forward for new software's implications and Account team manager is also very discussing person. he don't have manner to talk and he don't have family, he is coming late to office and he is commanding lower employee to stay long time to do work, he have very bad to understand human problems....Read More

Appraisal, increment, other facilities like food, travelling, HR Policies not available and implementation not done properly. EHS Policies not available and not taking seriously.
