Appraisal, increment, other facilities like food, travelling, HR Policies not available and implementation not done properly. EHS Policies not available and not taking seriously. Cultural activities not celebrated at sites. Employee work evaluation not done. PF, Bonus qnd and LTA is very less as compared to other Pharma organisations....Read More
