BCT is a very good consulting organization, i did not have to face any issues, but still if i face any issues I had a prompt response from them, seamless payroll system, interference free work culture, i had an opportunity to work with reputed organization i.e. DELL and now converted to Fulltime/permanent. Worst company anyone can work at. It’s a complete rip off. They pay you peanuts compared to other companies. Extremely native technologies(TIBCO which your grandfather probably would know)

No Process flow. Very biased appraisal and promotion. No alignment between senior executives as a result team members suffers during project delivery. Company should think about employee life as well.

It was good initially the work, the people but gradually it became very poor

Dislikes

The management, it’s the worse as it is dependent on one person. No proper management, No appraisal or promotions, lot of politics and partialities. Also one major drawback is 3 months notice period. Think before joining

The company is very good to work with, and health insurance policy is very good when I got treated they paid around 4 plus lakh with in few hours with out any hassle, friendly staff
