All senior and management are treated like u as majdoor. If u have ability to bring client then join other spoil ur life. For the name of training, they give u e books to read for gain certificate. IT person treated u like he is Boss and u have bear all expenses for bring system to ur home .Start a tea stall but don't join this C....ya company.

Zero work life balance. If you opt wfh then you required to have two internet connections mobile internets are not allowed neither dongle. And BSNL connection are not allowed while office's internet $ucks. They follow hire and fire policy. Even if there is an issue from client's end they fire their employees to please the client. Director KK is a toxic person. He is so rude and arrogant. There is no benifits other than salary. Once they took us to team lunch and asked us to order within 250rs anything above we need to pay . These kinda work culture they have. Managers won't let you take the decision even if you are right and when client comes back with negative reviews managers put blame on associates. BOSS is one of the worst company to work in where job security is zero and there is no scope for growth. Think twice before joining this company...Read More
